Minimum 450 Made Shots A Day, For Years, Basketball Boys

"Any man can be a father. It takes someone special to be a dad." ~ Anne Geddes

"It doesn't matter who my father was; it matters who I remember he was." ~ Anne Sexton

"My father didn't tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it." ~ Clarence Budington Kelland

"My father used to play with my brother and me in the yard. Mother would come out and say, 'You're tearing up the grass'; 'We're not raising grass,' Dad would reply. 'We're raising boys.'" ~ Harmon Killebrew

As a young university adult, I always dreamt of training and mentoring my future kids.

Many years later, working out with my sons, one goes off to college to play and earn a degree in business, and another one comes up into high school, training them every day and then hitting the gym with them and other elite college-bound athletes, just like I envisioned, genuinely thankful.

Training my youngest son, pushing him with college athletes, and then going back to the gym to coach him... I do my running on the treadmill and for any missed shots on the court and playing defence or offence, and then analyzing video shooting form and handles touch with my kid is the dream I never thought of. I am so thankful.
