We all feel special pride when our country is in the spotlight, especially during the Olympics.
Imagine training super hard for years and years just to win a medal for yourself and your country.
It's incredible! It makes us feel grateful to be Canadian and proud of our country.
10 plus years of 2 a day training sessions everyday for a decade or two decades for this competition...
Can you believe it?
A famous sprinter from the USA was asked about facing our Canadian relay team, and he said, "Who's Canada?
I don't know Canada."
Wow, that's pretty cocky!
But guess what?
We Canadians are super proud of our amazing sprinters and our relay teams - men and women.
