Adapting often requires trusting your own instincts.
Adapting also requires personal experiences rather than always relying on external advice.
While advice can be helpful, no one understands your situation, goals, and values better than you.
Embracing change and being adaptable, like water, means staying resilient in the face of uncertainty.
Even society laws, organizational strategies, and businesses shift over time, and the ability to flow with those changes can provide strength and protection.
As a teacher, being adaptable to the diverse needs and circumstances of students is essential.
Understanding personal lives of others and individual environments significantly impact their ability to focus and learn shows a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Allowing flexibility with testing, such as providing alternative dates or opportunities for retesting, can create a more inclusive learning environment.

Outside of the four walls of education, in the real world, flexibility in adaptation to achieve short-term and long-term goals are not one test of pass or fail.
