The Power Of Appreciation & Silencing The Whining Wolf

"The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails." ~ William Arthur Ward

"People won't have time for you if you are always angry or complaining." ~ Stephen Hawking

"What you're supposed to do when you don't like a thing is change it. If you can't change it, change the way you think about it. Don't complain." ~ Maya Angelou

Make lists of positive aspects. Make lists of things you love - and never complain about anything. And as you use those things that shine bright and make you feel good as your excuse to give your attention and be who-you-are, you will tune to who-you-are, and the whole world will begin to transform before your eyes. It is not your job to transform the world for others-but it is your job to transform it for you. A state of appreciation is pure Connection to Source where there is no perception of lack. ~ Esther Hicks

In any pack, the rabid dogs, coyotes, hyenas, wolves that whine and complain are the ones to watch.

This powerful creature, forever dissatisfied, is a poison that infects the entire hunt. Its unhappiness spreads like a disease, turning the strongest wolves against each other.

Do not waste your energy trying to calm this beast, or to reason with its unhappiness. It will only grow stronger, turning its fangs on you.

Instead, recognize the danger.

Observe its restless movements, its constant grumbling, so that the rest of us may hunt in peace and prosperity.
