Annihilation by Design: Gaza and the Global Silence

This isnāt just an attack, itās erasure. Youāre not witnessing a war, youāre witnessing ethnic cleansing, masked in the language of security and self-defense. More than 17,000 students are dead. Over 26,000 children have been maimed or left deeply traumatized, many before they could even comprehend what violence truly means. And as you look at the footage, you see that over 90% of Gazaās schools are gone, reduced to rubble. These arenāt just numbers to you anymore. They are futures buried in concrete, a generation silenced before your very eyes.
And it doesnāt stop there. You hear that nearly 900 teachers and school staff have also been killed. The people who should be guiding young minds, erased. Gazaās educational system hasnāt just collapsed, itās been targeted. Deliberately. What youāre seeing is scholasticide, the destruction of learning, memory, culture, and resistance. Every single school from kindergarten to grade 12 and all the universities and colleges have been completely destroyed by the Israeli military in Gaza.
Then comes the moment that stuns you. A reporter asks U.S. President Donald Trump a direct question: Should Palestinians have a two-state or a one-state solution? And instead of answering, he deflects. He points to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, currently under investigation for alleged war crimes against humanity, and ethnic cleansing, and genocide by the International Criminal Court, and Donald Trump calls him āa great man, the best man to answer that question.ā
You hear it clearly, the future of a displaced, brutalized people handed to the very man accused of leading their devastation. Thatās not diplomacy. Thatās impunity, on a global stage. Thatās complicity wrapped in political drama. President Donald Trump just showed the world who is in charge, and it's definitely not him. The person running the show for the United States is the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
What youāre witnessing is not defense. Itās annihilation by design. You see the land razed, the children broken, the educators silenced. And deep inside, you feel the soul of a people being deliberately extinguished.
And you know the truth:
The world is watching.
