Ethic Cleansing and Live Genocide

"The descent into despotism always begins with language. The purveyors of war and genocide wrap their crimes in the words of liberation, security, and democracy." - Chris Hedges

"Once weapons were manufactured to fight wars. Now wars are manufactured to sell weapons. And the language of war has become a performance—its victims reduced to collateral damage and its critics to traitors." - Arundhati Roy

"Every empire, however, tells itself and the world that it is unlike all other empires—that its mission is not to plunder and control but to educate and liberate." - Edward Said

"The ethnic cleansing of Palestine is not a one-time event. It is a continuous, ongoing process that is embedded in Israeli policies. Genocide is no longer unimaginable—it is being rationalized in real time." - Ilan Pappé

We see the polished masks of morality have fallen away, and raw power no longer hides in the shadows death and destruction of innocent indigenous people in the Middle East.

It broadcasts itself proudly, in speeches, on screens, through language once meant to protect human dignity, now twisted and manipulated to justify domination. In Gaza, Rafah, over a million Palestinians are forced from their homes, reduced to dust and grief, while PM Benjamin Netanyahu, and follower Donald Trump responsible of speaking of rebuilding over the rubble of lives destroyed. The American president and Israeli prime Minister licking their chops, planning to bulldoze all of Gaza and push all of the Palestinian people out of Gaza to create a Mediterranean Las Vegas with Trump branding as part of the new Israeli land grab.

What was once whispered about in horror, ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, internment, is now discussed in policy briefings and press conferences as logistical matters. It feels as though the world has accepted this machinery of erasure as routine. When power wants land, it begins by stripping people of their humanity, then their homes, then their future. We watch this unfold not in secret, but live, in high-definition.

The word genocide, long considered the ultimate moral line, now walks openly beside national flags, its meaning drained by euphemism and indifference. Benjamin Netanyahu speak in ancient codes of extermination, Amalek, human animals, collateral damage, and the language of mass killing is dressed in the robes of security and revenge to the Israeli people.

Starvation becomes a strategy

Cities are flattened

And all of it is made possible not just by bombs, but by bureaucratic delays, embargoes, and the silence of the USA, who watch and supply. This is not new. It shows the long shadow of colonialism, in North America, South Africa apartheid, Nazism, and the corporate systems that profit from every war.

The deeper tragedy is the realization that genocide has become part of the toolkit of modern governance, a method of control dressed up as policy, a pattern of erasure converted into law, and a deeply human crisis measured in profits and silence.

Finally, Jewish and non-jewish intellectuals in North America and Western Europe and elsewhere are speaking up, speaking out, and speaking against the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and the genocide, the live genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, caused by the Israeli government and the Israeli military and funded in tens of thousands of billions of dollars, and supported with armaments from the United States of America and its government, the Trump Administration and the United States Congress bipartisan. All very guilty, history will show who the guilty politicians and media and some of course intellectuals.
