Why are schools - preschool daycares, K-12 schools, colleges, and universities targeted and bombed by the Israeli military?

Educated individuals understand, education builds and creates a Nation-State, a country. By destroying all the schools in the Gaza Strip, nation building, in that part of the world, specifically Palestine, nation building is stunted.

What is the unethical reason of targeting all the schools, colleges and universities within the Gaza Strip and the West Bank?

Why is Israel not bombing the university of Moscow or the university of Ottawa or the university of Washington, or the university of London? Israel, go for it... See what happens.

Quite simple Israel, bombing and destroying preschool daycares, K-12 schools, colleges, and universities in Palestine - The Gaza Strip and the West Bank, is a form of ethnic cleansing and an International war crime.
